In short
When a build finishes you'll see Your wiki is ready to review. Open Review changes to read new and updated pages next to what's published, then click Publish pages or Reject changes. Later edits are picked up with Update wiki.
Review a build
- On the ready card, click Review changes.
- Use the filters to look at New pages, Updated pages and Notes. Check sources shows where a fact came from in your chapters.
- Compare the draft with your current published Wiki.
- Click Publish pages to make the draft your Wiki, or Reject changes to drop it.
Publishing or rejecting applies to the whole build. You can edit any page afterwards.
Keep it up to date
After you edit or add chapters, the Wiki shows a note such as "3 chapters changed since the last build". Click Update wiki: only the changed chapters are read again, so an update usually costs much less than the first build, and you review the changes the same way.
Pictures and voices on pages
On a paid plan, each page can have a picture: click Make picture on the page. Character pages can also get a Voice you can play and download. While reviewing a build, the Generate bar can add Pictures for every page and Voices for every character in one go. See pictures.
Questions
Is anything published without me?
No. A build or update only becomes your Wiki when you click Publish pages.
What happens to pages I wrote myself?
They stay yours. A build drafts new pages and updates next to them, and you see every change in review before it lands.
