Refund policy

This policy covers plans and credit packs bought on axiomstory.com. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, so your receipt and any refund come from them.

If AxiomStory isn't right for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment on a plan (14 days for a yearly plan) and we'll refund it in full, as long as you've used less than 10% of the credits it gave you.

Cancel any time in Account settings. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal went through that you meant to cancel, ask within 7 days and we'll refund it if you haven't used that period's credits.

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. A pack you've started spending can't be refunded.

If a Wiki build, picture, voice or video fails or is cancelled, its credits go back to your balance on their own. You don't need to ask.

We can't refund credits already spent on finished work, part of a month after the first 7 days of that period, or accounts closed for breaking our Terms of Service.

Email asim@axiomstory.com from your account's address with your order number. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. A refunded plan ends right away.
