What happens when I run out?
We tell you at 80%. At zero, paid work pauses until you add a pack or your month refills. Your plan never changes on its own.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Monthly credits refill each billing month. Packs last 12 months and are used after your monthly credits.
Can I get my money back?
Within 7 days of your first payment, if you’ve used under 10% of the credits. The refund policy has the details.
